Great value for money
Got this bipod for my AR-15 (I mount it on the bottom of my Troy quad rail, right at the front).
What can you say, works as advertised! At the end of the day, a bipod is a bipod - you can dress 'em up every which way and charge $200 like some, or you can get one that is sturdy, stable, no frills and costs $25, like this one! Adjustable leg heights are great, more than enough adjustment for all situations. Recommended.

Good value for the money.
Unlike another reviewer, I had no problem slipping the bipod on my Midwest Industries Picatinny rail. It is definitely not a QD mount, the locking screw is a bit small and there isn't a whole lot of room to get to it. The feet are held on with Philips sheet metal screws to the legs, and seemed a bit loose. Some other parts are assembled with sheet metal screws, I may get the TIG welder out and permanently attach some of these assemblies. Sheet metal screws are easily stripped in aluminum, it may be a good idea to set them with some epoxy if the loosen up and you can't weld them. Once mounted, it was secure, and was easy to deploy if you make sure the legs are fairly centered, as you can't if the legs are off to the side. It doesn't flop around when it is in the stowed position. It was easy to adjust the height, and it is high enough to allow the use of 30 rd magazines easily. I would not use this on a duty weapon, but it should be adequate for my needs.
Very stable
Helped me stay on target and hit some tight groups also I love how easy it is to take off if you don't like your gun heavy then don't look at bi pods I just love the way it looks on my gun.
