Fair Product
This product is a fair deal but not as good as some. I bought this for my wife as well to use as she didn't have her own and she wanted to start fishing with me and kids. Anyway the pole is a little long but had problems with the reel not casting and retrieving line back both. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who is seriously looking for an easy to use fishing combo. Try another make or spend a little more and avoid the trouble.
